Refund Policy
At SkopjeCloud, we are committed to providing transparent and fair refund terms for all customers. By purchasing any product or service from SkopjeCloud, you agree to the following Refund Policy.
1. VPS Hosting Services
Refund requests for VPS hosting plans may be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The service has not been abused
- No excessive resource usage has occurred
- No spam, malicious activity, or prohibited usage has taken place
- No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
After 24 hours, VPS hosting services are considered active digital services and are generally non-refundable.
2. Website Creation Services
Website creation, setup, customization, development, and design services are custom digital services.
- Payments for setup fees may be refunded only if work has not yet started
- Once development, setup, customization, or consultation has begun, payments become non-refundable
3. Domain Names & Registrations
All domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and related fees are non-refundable once processed. This includes:
- New domain registrations
- Domain renewals
- Domain transfers
- Premium domain purchases
4. Add-ons & Extra Services
Additional services such as the following are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated:
- Control panel licenses
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Backup services
- SSL certificates
- Software installations
- Custom configurations
5. Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Orders
SkopjeCloud reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse any order flagged for:
- Fraud risk
- False identity information
- Unauthorized payments
- Suspicious activity
- Abuse of services
- Violation of applicable laws
Refund eligibility in such cases remains solely at the discretion of SkopjeCloud.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers must contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of active services
- Permanent account restrictions
- Loss of promotional pricing
- Additional dispute handling actions
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Processing times may vary.
In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
